I have three dogs and I trully believe that God gave us these loyal friends as Best Friends. Who or what else, besides God can love you unconditionally. I have seen people beat their dogs till they bleed and the poor animal will still coming crawling to his master. I have know of dogs who were abandoned by their owners and the dogs traveled miles and miles to find them. I don't understand how people can be so cruel to such loyal and devoted animals. I personally feel that they are creatures sent by God to protect and love us. They don't care if we are ugly, fat, mean, skinny, poor or even homeless. They just want to love and be loved.

WAR
MAN IS MORE WAR MONGERING THAN ANTS TOLD ONE HISTORIAN ONCE. REALLY ANY WHERE IN THE WORLD AT ANY CORNER SOME HUMAN BEING IS KILLING SOME OTHER HUMAN BEING FOR VARIOUS REASONS SAY CIVILIZATION,RELIGION,CASTE, COMMUNITY,LANGUAGE,LANDS NOW WATER. FOR EVERY SECOND SOME TEN TO FIFTEEN HUMAN LIVES ARE LOST FOR THESE REASONS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. FOR SOME ARE WHITE AND SOME ARE BLACK, THEY ARE FIGHTING. A.WILLIAM IS KILLING B.WILLIAM SAYING THAT HE IS BLACK OR OTHERWISE. BOTH ARE CHRISTIANS BUT THEY FIGHT. SOME ARE SUNNI AND SOME ARE SIA BUT THEY FIGHT. MOHAMED IS KILLING AHAMED. BOTH ARE MUSLIMS BUT THEY FIGHT. CEYLON A VERY SMALL ISLAND. BUT THERE IS FIGHTING PERMANENT. DURING MOURIYA KING ASOKA'S INVASION THE KALINGAS (NOW ORISSA IN INDIA) MIGRATED TO THIS SMALL ISLAND. LATER DURING BRITTISH INVASION THE TAMILS (FROM INDIA) MIGRATED FOR LABOUR. BOTH ARE INDIANS BUT THEY FIGHT NOW. THE LANGUAGE SCRIPT OF ORIYA AND OF SINGHALA YOU CAN SEE SOME SIMILARITIES. SINGHALAS ARE HAVING SOME NAMES LIKE KANAGA SURIAR (GOLD SUN), UTHAYA SURIAR (RISING SUN) KANAGA RATHINAM (GOLD DIAMOND) AND TAMILS ARE HAVING SOME NAMES LIKE UTHAYA SURIAN (SAME MEANING) KANAGA RATHINAM. SO UTHAYA SURIAR IS KILLING UTHYA SURIAN. AN INDIAN IS KILLING ANOTHER INDIAN. IF THERE IS NO WAR IN CEYLONE THEY CAN FEED THE ENTIRE ASIA, THE LAND IS SO FERTILE. SAME CIVILIZATION BUT THEY FIGHT....... SAME RELIGION BUT THEY FIGHT........ SAME COLOUR BUT THEY FIGHT....... SAME CASTE BUT THEY FIGHT........ EVEN IN ANIMALS OR INSECTS THEY WILL NOT FIGHT IN SAME GROUP AND IF THEY ARE FIGHTING THEY WILL NOT GO UPTO THE LEVEL OF KILLING, SOME DEATH MAY OCCUR BUT THEY WILL BE ONLY AN ACCIDENT (NOT WITH A PURPOSE NOT WITH AN INTENTION). BUT HUMAN BEING ARE MORE WORST THAN THEM. MAN IS MORE WAR MONGERING THAN ANTS ONCE TOLD A HISTORIAN.....http://www.ashokha.co.cc

In muntaka upanishad of hindu philosophy chapter third describes a story of two birds. one is adma (soul) and another is jeev.(life) jeev eats the fruit of fig tree (Pippala) and adma is looking at her without any influence.. this story is told to explain even though the life (living being) is doing the worldly things (including sex) it will not affect the soul inside. the following points are coincide. adam and adma. eve and jeev. pipple and bible. fig and fig (not changed). forbidden fruit is forbidden fruit (not changed) upanishads are 5000 years old. bible is 2000 years old. is it possible that this story has taken this new shape in 3000 years?

Hi, joer1
I just read your page and found it very interesting. I would like to tell you how I feel, if you don't mind. Iappreciate hw you say that it is the religion of the spirit is what brings believers toger and helps us grow. I prefer to think of it as not so much a religion as a true relationship with Christ. A way of life. As John 14:6 Says. I am the Way, th Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father but through me. Not through religion or the church or anything else, but through Christ That is why He died and rose again to give us this freedom in HIm. I gave my heart to God many years ago and have never regretted it.

It has come to my attention that the members are having some trouble navigating this site. So hopefully I have remedied this problem by adding a link table to the bottom of every page. Also, I had built this site using a wide screen monitor. The other day, I accessed this site from a computer at work and found that much of the content was overlapping. I hope I have fixed the problems, but if any still exist, Please let me know. Thank you all so much for being a part of my site. God Bless

This is one of my favorite Bible passages.
1 Peter 4 7.The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray. 8.Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 9.Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. 10.Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. 11.If anyone speaks, he should do it as one speaking the very words of God. If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen. |

I'm going to start doing a bible search on being saved. Here's some of the catagories I'm thinking about searching for Bible quotes for. You could subsititude Survive or Survival for "Being saved". What's happens when were saved? How are we saved? What do we have to do to be saved? How do we lose or forfiet being saved? etc. etc. The following are some of the questions whose answers I'll be looking for in the Bible. Does anyone know any Biblical quotes that relate to this questions? Thanks and God Bless You ALL. :-)
1. God’s Love, Grace and Mercy allow all of us a chance to Survive. 2. God wants us to Survive. 3. What is needed to Survive? 4. What are other indicators and aspects of our Survival? 5. How to Survive. 6. How do you know you’re a Survivor? 7. What is it when Survivors Sleep? 8. What about a third day resurrection? How does that work? 9. What exactly survives after we die? 10. What do we remember after Survival? 11. What happens after Survival? 12. When is your Survival lost or in jeopardy? What happens? 13. Who adjudicates (participates in, judges and orders execution of) your survival or non-survival choice

I posted this on a predominantly atheist site.
Throughout the universe, every unit is regarded as a part of the whole. Survival of the part is dependent on co-operation with the plan and purpose of the whole,[this cooperation is:] the wholehearted desire and perfect willingness to do the Father's divine will. The only evolutionary world without error (the possibility of unwise judgment) would be a world without free intelligence. It could be that in the universe there are a billion perfect worlds with their perfect inhabitants, but evolving man [humans] must be fallible if he is to be free. Free and inexperienced intelligence cannot possibly at first be uniformly wise. The possibility of mistaken judgment (evil) becomes sin only when the human will consciously endorses and knowingly embraces a deliberate immoral judgment. Determinism - absolute dependence on antecedent causation Having thus provided for the growth of the immortal soul[ by the wholehearted desire and perfect willingness to do the Father's divine will ]and having liberated man's inner self from the fetters of absolute dependence on antecedent causation,[Determinism] the Father stands aside. Now, man having thus been liberated [freed] from the fetters of causation response, at least as pertains to eternal destiny, and provision having been made for the growth of the immortal self, the soul, it remains for man himself to will the creation or to inhibit the creation of this surviving and eternal self which is his for the choosing. No other being, force, creator, or agency in all the wide universe of universes can interfere to any degree with the absolute sovereignty of the mortal free will, as it operates within the realms of choice, regarding the eternal destiny of the personality of the choosing mortal. As pertains to eternal survival, God has decreed the sovereignty of the material and mortal will["free will"], and that decree is absolute.

1. Respect your peers — Treat others and their contributions with respect and foster considerate dialogue.
2. Do not use offensive language — Inappropriate, crude, or abusive language is not only unacceptable, it’s a lousy way to convince anyone of your point. 3. Remember, there are no stupid questions — Everyone’s input is welcomed and honored. “Flaming” others or demeaning their participation may build your self-esteem but it won’t help build community. |

Jesus gives me the patience to put up with some of my co-workers and other people I have encountered in my lifetime. He gives me the courage to walk away, instead of getting angry, or retaliating. He gives me the strength to support and not give up on "Some" of my family members. Instead I listen and try to understand why they are the way they are. He gives me the courage to change the things that I need to change about me. I am not perfect in any way, shape or form, so I ask the Lord to guide me in my daily endeavors. Sometimes I start to feel sorry for myself and I ask him for guidance and hope, so that I may change my way of thinking. When a loved one dies, and I have felt angry, and blamed God, he has helped me understand that things happen for a reason. Jesus has been with me everyday of my life and I feel this, because if it wasn't true I would have never made this long in life. My morning drives to work are time to thank Jesus for all the beauty he has given to us. Not only our families, but everything, the trees, the animals, the people, our sight., our jobs as miserable as they might be at times, So many ways that he shows us he is always there for us. Even the flutter of a butterfly's wings tells us he is there and he loves us very much!!

You can do God’s Will here on earth if you know what it is. This is for anybody who can’t figure out what God want’s them to do either Day by Day or over time.
Being perplexed by this and after praying to God for some time. I don’t know if it was six months or a couple of years but somewhere in that time frame. God gave me an answer. Quote: My Son taught you what My will is by what He taught and the WAY He lived his life. If you want to know what my will is for you, pay attention to what he taught and live how he lived. Quote: I also showed humankind what my will is many times through the prophets, and Human kind continually forgets what I taught them. Look in the Bible and follow my Son’s teachings and you can live your life according to MY Will. I felt so stupid that I never thought of that before. Here I am earnestly praying to God to show me His Will and It’s been right in front of me my whole life and I haven’t seen it. Then I realize He’s been showing us how to live by His Will for thousands of years and we still don’t get it yet. I was thinking He was going to tell me “Do this today” or “Do that today”. Here I am like an idiot waiting for GOD to tell me what to do to live according to His Will Day by Day. Then I come to realize He’s been telling me my whole life even unto my ancestors before I was born, and I still didn’t get it, until after I prayed for him to show me How I can do His Will here on Earth as it is done in Heaven. Man I feel like Homer Simpson when he goes “Dope, Dope, Dope, Dope”. Now I know what I’m supposed to do. I have to keep praying to Him to give me the Strength and will power to do it. Because Now that I know it. I’m such a weakling and creature of habit, I STILL AM HAVING A HARD TIME DOING SUCH A SIMPLE THING. Here's a few things in the bible where I found that GOD did tell me how to live according to His Will. Now all I have to do is “JUST DO IT”.

Has anyone heard about this yet? I got Justin Barrett's book, "Why would anyone believe in God?" and it's good. It presents a scientific basis that shows we are born with a natural tendency to believe in God. This could be a good scientific argument that indicates we have a spark of God within us that guides us. :-)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognitive_science_of_religion The Cognitive Science of Religion is the study of religious thought and behavior from the perspective of the cognitive sciences. The field employs methods and theories from cognitive psychology, evolutionary psychology, cognitive anthropology, artificial intelligence, cognitive neuroscience, neurobiology, zoology, ethology, psychiatry, among others. The scholars in this field are seeking to explain how human minds acquire, generate, and transmit religious representations by means of ordinary cognitive capacities. The first systematic treatment of religious representations can be found in Rethinking Religion: Connecting Cognition and Culture by E. Thomas Lawson and Robert N. McCauley. Lawson is considered by most historians of science to be the founder of the Cognitive Science of Religion. A festschrift in his honor, Religion as a Human Capacity was published in 2004. Pascal Boyer - in his Naturalness of Religious Ideas and Religion Explained: The Evolutionary Origins of Religious Thought - made the contribution of evolutionary psychology to the cognitive psychology of religion explicit. The focus in the field has now shifted from theorizing to experimental and empirical studies. Barrett, J.L. "Cognitive Science of Religion: What Is It and Why Is It?" Religion Compass. 2007, vol 1.
