Footprints in the Sand - Talking About God And Spirituality
Gramma d2s Page
This is my new page and I hope you enjoy it. The subject is something I treasure because I and my family have been through some difficult times but God was always there to walk with us. Sometimes we saw two sets of footprint, and we knew God was walking with us. Other times we only saw one set of footprints and we thought God had left us. Not So. Those were the times He was carrying us. He never leaves us alone.

God is not like Santa Clause, though. He is not here to provide our every whim. He is here in our hearts to teach us, strengthen us and Comfort us. Also to provide grace to help us get through the hard times. He cries with us, laughs with us and is always a breath away. We never have to worry about getting a busy signal when we call Him. I know that He does not always answer our prayers right away or in the way we want him to, because he has a better time schedule than we do and He knows what we need better than we do. We just know what we think we want, like a little kid in a store crying for more candy and his mom knows too much candy is not good for him.

It may seem strange to you to think about but we all leave footprints. Not always literal ones, what I'm trying to say is that everything we do and say affects someone in some way. We can leave beautiful footprints or hard, cruel ones. It's our choice. We need to think about this as we go through each day and ask ourselves what kind of footprints did I leave today? Where they helpful and loving or did they hurt?

I hope everyone will comment on these pages and that we can be a close community of believers. I believe very strongly in the Lord Jesus as I have mentioned before because I have experienced so many blessings since I came to know Him and I have seem miracles in my life and in the lives of other people. I love God and my children and others. I know I am not perfect and never will be on this earth, That is why Jesus came to save me because He knew I could not make it on my own. I would really like some input on these subjects if you care to comment.
